Ribbon Cuttings
The Chamber celebrates business ventures in our community through ribbon cutting ceremonies. If your business is new, under new ownership, has relocated or is offering new services, call the Chamber today to schedule your ribbon cutting ceremony.
Plaque Presentations
The Chamber welcomes new members that have been in business for more than six months with a Plaque Presentation. If your established business is a new member, call the Chamber today to schedule your plaque presentation.
Open Houses
Often held in conjunction with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, open houses provide the opportunity to invite your fellow Chamber members to your business. The Chamber recommends sending a personal invitation to each Chamber member by using the Chamber mailing list.

Z97's Welcome Wagon will provide live remote for Ribbon Cuttings and Plaque presentation if the date is available.
Invitations are emailed one week prior to the event to about 50 people including the Chamber Board of Directors, Chamber Ambassadors, local media as well as elected officials for Putnam County and the City of Eatonton.
Announcements are made in the weekly email, monthly newsletter, Chamber calendar and the Chamber's Facebook page.
After the event, the Chamber will write a press release that will be published in the newspaper, all Chamber publications and on our Facebook page.
