Maximum Retail series presented by the Georgia Small Business Development Center. Classes are now forming for Eatonton-Putnam businesses on Tuesday evenings May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at The Plaza Arts Center, 305 N. Madison Ave. Eatonton, GA 31024. Maximum Retail is an interactive course that meets for two hours, once a week, over a five week period. These sessions will help you enhance sales and profitability by helping you to refine all areas of your dynamic retail business. Modules include: Know Your Customer; Sales and Service Enhancement; Loss Prevention and Security; Profit Enhancement; Online Retailing and Summary. The Maximum Retail series is made possible by a grant from the OneGeorgia Authority for members of the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce. Limit two employees per business.
